TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE

1. DEFINITIONS: In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we," "us" or "our" refer to 88 Fortunes (the Company) and "you" refers to each individual player using our services.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be at least 19 years old to use our services, as per applicable laws in Canada where we operate.

3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION: We require ID verification upon request or when a withdrawal is made for the first time. By providing your identification documents and supporting information you confirm that all details given are true and accurate.

4. PLAYER ACCOUNT AND DETAILS: You may only have one account per user and household. If multiple accounts are found, we reserve the right to close them and retain any winnings or bonuses earned from such duplicate accounts. Any personal data provided must be complete and up-to-date at all times.

5. LICENSED AND REGULATED: Our services are licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under license number 1668/JAZ, indicating that we are fully compliant with local laws and regulations regarding online gambling. By using our service you confirm acceptance of the jurisdiction and applicable law set out in Section 1.

6. GAMEplay TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These Terms apply to all games on offer at 88 Fortunes unless otherwise stated by a specific game provider's terms. Wagering requirements for bonuses are as follows: 30x bonus + deposit amount within thirty (30) days of receiving the welcome or other promotion offers, subject to applicable contribution percentages.

7. BONUS TERMS: In order to comply with gaming regulations we require that wagering contributions be made according to our standard contribution rates and terms listed in these Terms, which also outline betting restrictions where applicable. We reserve the right to limit or remove any promotional offer at any time without prior notice and are entitled to change or suspend bonus offers.

8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY: The player account is held exclusively for use by you; unauthorized access or misuse is your liability unless proven otherwise by us in writing with acceptable documentation. Where possible we will implement reasonable security measures such as firewalls, encryption software (256-bit SSL) and secure servers operated through our partnership with Cloudflare.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice and are effective immediately upon posting on our website. You agree that your continued use of the services following changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance by you of such modifications and amendments.

10. PROHIBITED USES: We reserve the right, in addition to other rights set out under law or contract, but not limited to any applicable consumer protection regulations to refuse a player's withdrawal request due solely to suspected misconduct or otherwise if the circumstances allow us to establish probable cause.

11. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS EXCLUDED: You agree that by entering into these Terms you do not rely on any statement made in this contract and therefore you should consult with professionals or other authorities who advise them to take your own expert advice before relying upon 88 Fortunes for such things as financial investment, profit guidance etc.

12. RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE SERVICE: We have the right at our discretion (but shall not be so) to terminate these Terms and stop providing our services under these contract with or without reason should you breach any provision here within.
